TSI Scenarios

TSI provided a cohort of 8 fully trained Site Reliability Engineers who were recruited locally.

They received 10 weeks of full time, immersive training aligned to the client's specific technical requirements.

Each consultant will achieve either AWS or Azure Cloud accreditations.

RETAIL CLIENT

Historically a hardware reseller, our client moved into providing services and were struggling to build DevOps and SRE teams in the Northeast of England due to the lack of specific skills in the area.

To date, TSI has recruited, trained, and deployed 60+ automation test analysts.

The customer will soon transition 40 of those test analysts to their permanent employees.

All trainees achieved their ISTQB accreditation and certain certifications on a number of automation test tools.

SOFTWARE TESTING CLIENT

A specialist testing consultancy that needed to scale testing teams in multiple locations across the UK to support their regional customers.

TSI worked closely with the engineering function to build tailored training programmes to resolve the short fall of digital skills in a number of these key disciplines.

Our robust recruitment and assessment process identified 6 individuals to complete the 10-week training programme.

TSI engineers achieved their ISTQB accreditation and will complete an AWS Cloud certification within three months of deployment.

IT SERVICES CLIENT

A global IT services provider with 50,000+ employees who were struggling to build an internal full stack development function in Scotland.

TSI recruited and assessed 10 individuals from the Northwest who received 10-weeks of accredited Pega training prior to deployment.

All Pega engineers achieved their PCSA during their 10 weeks with TSI.

Through individual CPD plans, each engineer will achieve their PCSSA certification within a 9-month timeframe.

Scenario D

TSI were selected by a tier 1 IT services provider in partnership with central government department, to become their specialist Pega talent provider, with the option of all engineers transferring to permanent positions to help build an internal Pega CoE and move away from their reliance on expensive 3rd party providers.
